The model number is on the inside of the arm, opposite the switch. No label? Check the hinge: a pivot hinge with a round pin can usually be repaired. v3, v4 and v5 models have a slide switch rather than a button.

We give every pair a wipe down as part of the repair. Heavy build-up of hair product and grime isn't part of the repair, so for well used ghds we recommend our optional deep clean.
