What we collect

When you book a repair, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and return address, your ghd model, the fault and any extra notes or photo you choose to send.

How we use it

We use these details only to handle your repair: to contact you about it, to send you an invoice and to post your ghds back to you. We don't use them for marketing and we don't sell them.

Who we share it with

• Postmark, the email service that delivers the booking form to us and sends you a confirmation.
• Ideal Postcodes, which looks up the addresses for a postcode when you use the address finder. Only the postcode is sent.
• Our job tracking system, which keeps the record of your repair and emails you updates.
• The courier we use to return your ghds, who receive your name and address.

This website

This website doesn't use advertising cookies. We use Wiztastic website analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
